Hey everyone! If you found this, you found the online home of some very offline people - The VW Camper Family. People into VW bus and van camping. Get involved in the forum or check out the upcoming events. If you are into VW buses, vanagons, eurovans and camping, you should hang out with us. Really, you should.

PLEASE JOIN THE GROUPS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN! THAT'S WHERE THE EVENT PLANNING HAPPENS! Groups can be created as specific needs come up. Things that are a help to all people, like "campground reviews", are perfect for this category. Or groups in a specific location.

Annual Soup-r-Bowl Campout, February 6-8, 2026 at Sandy Beach CG
February 6, 2026 at 2pm to February 8, 2026 at 11am
Greetings. It's that time again for the Soup-r-Bowl potluck at Sandy Beach CG in Rio Vista. Bring a tasty something that fits in a bowl for Saturday night. Chow time starts around 3pm, to 4pm. Casual dining until your belly is full. As of this writing there are about four weeks to book your site. The window closes two weeks before Feb 6. Do the math. Post up if you can share with another vehicle. This event is open to all present, past and future VW owners. Run what ya brung. Stop in , say hello. Rain or shine. There should be shelter of some sort to help the Frigid February Fanny Freeze Food Fest. Sorry., had to add that in there. Bring wood. Bring wine. Bring a chair. Bring a spoon. You'll be home in plenty of time to watch the game. Cya there .See More
